I made this tag using the artwork of Robin McQuay
you must have a license to use her work, available at DSI
I used a FTU cute kit from Alika's Scrap available on her blog HERE
Font AL Sandra HERE
Open your frame as18.png and resize 80%
With the magic wand select inside the frame.
Expand by 4.
The tube I used fully filled the frame but if yours doesnt
take a paper of your choice, paste as a new layer, invert selection and hit delete
to remove the excess outside of the frame. Move paper below the frame layer.
Follow the same steps above to add your tube.
Add a nice drop shadow to the frame.
Copy and paste as27.png below the tube or paper, resizing by 80%, add drop shadow
Open as14.png, copy and paste above the glitter, resize 80%, duplicate and mirror.
Add drop shadow
Then add elements of your choice, resizing and sharpening as necessary.
I used as65, as04, as02, as09, as24 and as05
Dont forget your shadows as they really 'lift' the elements.
Once happy with the tag merge visible and resize if necessary. If you do resize don't forget to sharpen afterwards. I used sharpen > unsharp mask > radius 20, strength 20 and clipping 5 but you might find other settings that work for you.
Add your copright information and text.
I used AL Sandra and wrote out the name, angled it, added a drop shadow

then eye candy 4000, gradient glow with a width of 3 and then repeated using the same setting.
And thats it, done! Save as a PNG or JPG if you prefer and don't want a transparent background.

I created this tut using the art of Joan Palaez.
Don't forget you need a license to use her work! You can purchase her tubes at CDO
Scrapkit The Looking Glass by Dark Yarrow HERE
This tutorial assumes a basic knowledge of using psp.
As standard I always sharpen resized elements using Adjust>Sharpeness>Unsharp Mask. I usually use these settings but they might need to be adjusted to suit
Radius 5-Strength 30-Clipping 5.
Open a new image. I did mine 800x800 to give me plenty of space to work in.
You can always crop and resize later if you need to.
Open Mask.png and copy/paste as a new layer.Free rotate Right 90 degrees. Duplicate and reposition so it is next to but overlapping the first copy. Take care to keep it away from the edges of your workspace. Merge down.
It will look something like this.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. I placed the tube this early on to make it easier to position the other elements on the tag. Resize if necessary. Add a drop shadow.
The following elements should be placed BELOW the tube layer. Add drop shadows as required but remember some of these elements won't work with a shadow so take care.
Place Walkway.png and drag under the tube layer. Resize 80% and position over to the left.
Ship.png - resize 80% and mirror and position on the tag so the waves appear to blend in with the mask over on the right hand side (see my tag for positioning).
Moon01.png - Resize 60% and position on the tag.
Sparkle - position as required depending on how many sparkles you want on your tag.
Glitter - position behind the tube and immediately above the mask layeras it gives the illusion of splashing water. Resize if you wish. I did mine 80%.
Now you can begin to add the elements above the tube layer, remembering to add drop shadows as you go. Because this tube had hard edges I placed elements to try to disguise that on the tag.
WaterSplash - I placed along the bottom edge of the tube.
Wheel Rotate - right 20 degrees. Resize 50%
Boat02 - also placed along the edge of the rock. I sharpened this one although I didn't resize it.
Flower04 - resize 40%
Flower - resize 30%
GemElement - place behind Flower layer. Sharpen.
Wood - resize 60% and place over the end of the walkway again concealing the hard edge.
Shell01 - Resize 60%
Shell02 - Resize 40%
Bottle - Resize 28% and free rotate left 30 degrees.
Starfish - (is actually a seahorse lol) Resize 30%
Mesh02 - Resize 80%, Free Rotate left 90%
Merge visible, Resize your tag and sharpen again if needed. Add your credits and text and save as a PNG.

I created this tut using the art of Jose Cano. Don't forget you need a license to use his work! You can purchase his tubes at PTE
Scrapkit I'm The Shh by Pimp'd Designz available HERE
Template from Missy. Available HERE
This tutorial assumes a basic knowledge of using psp.
Open your template in PSP. Shift+D to duplicate it. Close the original. Delete the top layer (by Missy) and the left hand square as we won't be using that. Depending on the tube you are using you may need to increase the canvas size. I increased mine to 800x800 and then cropped off the excess at the end.
To work with each template layer you need to select the layer in your palette. Selections>select all>Selections Float>Selections defloat. Add the paper you are using, invert the selection and delete on the paper layer. Finally delete or close off the original layer. Follow these steps for each layer in the tutorial.
Circle layer - copy and paste paper cc-pp-09, resize 40%, position and follow the steps above.
Merge layers Rectangle 1 and Rectangle 2 - copy and paste paper cc-pp-07
Rectangle 3 - copy and paste paper cc-pp-10
Square Shape - resize cc-pp-09 60%
Star, cc-pp-07, resized 20%
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and position as required.
Click on the square and once again select all>float>defloat. In the square I added a head shot from my tube, free rotated 90 degrees right (or use a head of your choice). Invert the selection and delete the excess tube. Change the blend mode or lower the opacity to suit your tube.
I added the following elements:
cc-fence, resize 50%, duplicate, mirror then align so there is some overlap on the 2 fence layers. Merge together and position as desired, use my tag for reference.
cc-flower-06, resize 40%, sharpen
cc-beads-02, position as desired. Select the large rectangle (was rectangle 3), float, defloat, invert and delete the beads outside the rectangle
Add a slight drop shadow to each of your layers as that gives a lift to the finished result. I did my paper layers H&V - 0 Opacity 40, Blur 12 and adjusted to suit on the elements but choose whatever you prefer.
I noticed an issue with the wordart and the spelling of your (you're) so I corrected that for my tag by selecting and erasing as needed and moving the letters to line up again.
Using the magic wand select each letter of the words 'Here I am!' and change the colour to black using the manual colour correction tool. I selected the star above the 'i' separately to make it a different colour. While the letters are still selected add an inner bevel. I used Bevel 2, width 10, smootness 26, depth 6, ambience 1, shininess 6, angle 315, intensity 46, elevation 32, colour white.
Select the pink text and change to a colour to match your tube, again using the manual colour correction.
I did the same with the dotted line which I then duplicated to place above and below the word 'Wishes'.
Merge visible and resize if required. Crop. Add your artist copyright and license info and text, save as a PNG
